I paid £320 in advance for 4 lessons, each lesson lasting two hours. The training itself was good, and the instructor was competent. However, the way they handled a situation showed me that money seems to matter more to them than basic understanding.
Before my fourth lesson, an emergency happened in my apartment — the heating radiator exploded and caused a serious problem that I had to deal with immediately. I informed Kam about the situation a day in advance when he contacted me. I politely asked if it would be possible to move the lesson to Saturday because of this unexpected emergency, but the request was refused.
He booked me Friday and Saturday.
I asked for just Saturday because plumbers came to my flat.
I understand that schedules are important, but sometimes unexpected things happen in life. A little flexibility and human understanding would have been appreciated.
The training may be good, but there are things in life more important than money. Respect and humane treatment should come first. Money is not everything.

Frequently Asked Questions
You can only start learning to drive from your 17th birthday, but you can apply for your provisional driving license up to three months prior to your 17th birthday. When it comes to applying for your provisional license you can either do so online or by post.
You must bring your provisional driving license. Also, you must wear glasses or contact lenses every time you drive if you need them to meet the “standards of vision for driving”.

According to DVSA, on average, it takes around 45 hours of lessons to learn to drive, with an addition of 22 hours of practising. But don’t take this to heart.
