On Hold & Expired Bookings
– Latif Driving Center Ltd will cease all work of your course if it is on hold for any reason until you instruct it to resume. While a course is on hold, the 50-day period does not apply. – We will consider your course to be on hold if:
- Latif Driving Center Ltd places your course on hold upon your instruction.
- In the last 14 days, we have attempted to contact you without success.
- You have not responded to our notice of the suitable Test appointment after 7 days. The remaining balance has not been paid within the required timeframe and when requested.

Cancellations Policy for Normal Lessons
If you have to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact the instructor instead of Latif Driving Center Ltd.
Part A – In the event that you have to cancel a lesson, a minimum of 48 hours prior notice should be given. Otherwise, the full fee will be charged if the cancellation request is under 48 hours. Part B – A lesson must be cancelled through a phone call or SMS text to your instructor to organize the next appointment without difficulty.
Part C – If your instructor cancels the lesson due to either sickness, mechanical fault or an unexpected situation which is not in your instructor’s control, then another time will be offered either for the same day or for an alternative date and time, suitable to both parties, within the same week. If no alternative date and time within the same week can be arranged, a lesson will be arranged for the following week.
Part D – Your instructor cannot be held accountable for cancelled lessons due to bad weather.
Part E – In the event that you do not meet the instructor at the pick-up location or do not show up for the lesson, your instructor will wait for 20 minutes before leaving. The lesson will then be presumed cancelled, and you must pay for the full lesson.
Refunds & Cancellations
If your course does not go to plan and you want to cancel, you’ll get a refund if one of the following applies to you.
- We are unable to book a theory test within 30 days of booking your course and submitting your detail.
- We are unable to book a practical test in line with our course completion estimate within 30 days of submitting your details. If you need to sit a theory test, the 30 days will begin when you pass the theory.
- We are unable to connect you with a Driving Instructor within 48 days of starting your course. We will start connecting you with an instructor once we have fast-tracked your driving test and you have confirmed it is suitable.
- You can cancel your booking up to 14 days after you submit your form to Latif Driving Center Ltd online or by phone.
- Unless you instruct Latif Driving Center Ltd to begin working on your booking immediately, it’s your right to cancel within 14 days.
- Upon receipt of your fully completed Details Form, Latif Driving Center Ltd is unable to schedule a suitable practical driving test within 30 days.
- You waive your right to the 14-day cancellation period if you are a repeat customer.
- All deposits made online are non-refundable, as when we receive the booking, we are already carrying out work to allocate a driving instructor and book any relevant tests.
- The deposit will become non-refundable once an instructor is allocated after successfully booking the course. The reason is that driving instructors are self-employed, and cancellation of the course leaves the Driving Instructors without any income for that week once we reserve them for you as you requested.
- All fees are non-refundable once a suitable driving instructor has been assigned to your course.
- A lesson package booked with Latif Driving Center Ltd is not refundable or transferable. If you have unused lessons, your instructor may allow you to use them for additional tuition (for example, motorway driving lessons).
- For your test fee to be refunded, you must inform us 10 clear working days in advance.
- Crash Course/Intensive Course/Fast Course contracts are between pupils and driving instructors. We are not responsible for any compensation claims from pupils, nor can we be held responsible for any traffic violations on the Part of the pupil or the instructor, so disputes or claims must be addressed with the instructor first.
- Payment must be made at the time of purchase to secure your course placement. Latif Driving Center Ltd will contact you if the outstanding amount of your course fees is not paid in full upon booking.
